This ring is one of my favorite pieces: at the center, a truly incredible Mexican fire opal, the kind that takes your breath away with its orange glow and green flashes. On the sides, two Thai sapphires escort it — one in intense blue, the other in a warm orange tone — on a silver setting that gives all three their moment without competing with each other. A colorful yet elegant ring.
The opal is born in the volcanic deposits of Querétaro, Mexico, where ancient lava flows mixed with water to form this fire mineral, already worked by the Aztecs centuries ago. The sapphires, for their part, come from Thailand, whose Chanthaburi region has made its sapphires and rubies world-famous, while Bangkok has remained, since the 15th century, the great world capital of cutting and trading colored stones.
Three stones, three origins, a single handmade piece.

Opal Care and Conservation Guide
Opals are hydrophilic, delicate gems (Mohs scale: 5.5 - 6.5). Clean it only with a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with distilled water, avoid sudden temperature changes, do not submerge it in water and avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes or acids. Store it in an individual case, away from direct sunlight.
